He has experience of 25 years in diverse areas of law in various Courts of India.

He Graduated as a Gold Medallist from Pondicherry University in 1999. Worked in the chambers of Senior Advocate Mr C.S. Vaidyanathan giving exposure to Supreme Court of India, High Court and various tribunals. Worked in law firm, De Penning;   De Penning, at its Chennai and Delhi branches for few years handling diverse work. He is a registered Patent Agent.

He attended several International and National conferences/ seminars on different issues. He participated as a speaker in Seminars.

With a zeal to understand nature and biodiversity, he has completed the Basic Course in Ornithology and Basic Course in Botany from the reputed Bombay Natural History Society (BNHS).

Presently, Managing Partner of the law firm Litmus Legal based in New Delhi. He has represented and succeeded in getting relief for large number of Indian and foreign entities in various areas of law, which include Philips, Roche, bioMeriux amongst others.

After his law school in 2009, Prakash worked in the chambers of Justice Shri Manmohan Singh (Retired) Judge of Hon’ble Delhi High Court giving exposure to different Courts and various tribunals. Worked in a law firm, Sushant M. Singh Associates. He was appointed the local commissioner by the Hon’ble Delhi Court to suggest the mode of partition in civil litigation.

He brings his immense litigation and enforcement experience to the firm and assists clients in successful implementation of their rights. Advises on various strategies which a client should adopt in securing their rights in the best way possible.

Senior Associate of the law firm, Dr C K Singh is a Registered Patent Agent and has more than 15 years of experience in the field of patent drafting, filing, prosecution, opposition and all proceedings before the Patent Court. He is part of the litigation team of the firm in Patent cases.

He has worked closely with inventors from various fields and helped in protecting their patent. He has been involved with litigation work. As part of the prosecution work, he has been working for registration at the Indian Patent Office and with foreign associates for protection of Patents outside India.

He has worked with reputed IP firms, where he has become a specialist in IP prosecution and all related aspects of patent work.

Associate of the firm. Noopur is an advocate from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

Noopur is involved with the litigation and prosecution of trademark, copyright and design. With her excellent drafting skills, Noopur advises on the aspects of agreements, conveyancing and drafting. Noopur appears regularly before all courts including the Trademark office in prosecution and opposition cases.

Udit is an engineer first and then a lawyer.

Udit devotes himself more in the patent prosecution and enforcement of the firms activities. His engineering backgrounds helps in various aspects of the patent prosecution. With legal background, Udit also assists the litigation team in IP and non-IP cases at different courts.
